From arranging airport transfers and local transport to booking secure accommodations, we map out your arrival so you can step off the plane and straight into the sunshine.
📍 3. Curated Property Tours (Risk-Free)
For our extended-stay and monthly rental clients, we know that seeing is believing. We proudly arrange personalized physical property tours so you can inspect your layout in person before signing a lease.
To protect our agents’ time and coordinate property access, we require a Tour Deposit. If you sign the lease, it is credited 100% to your rent. If you inspect the unit and decide it’s not the right fit, it is 100% fully refundable.
